Hello! Please, say.. Can you give a permission to translate your novel to other languages after release on Steam? I mean, fan-translation and so on... It would be cool ^_^
Yes, we would love to have Lovely Little Thieves in other languages! We can’t really make forward motion on that until the game is complete, but that’s definitely a goal for the future. :)
In case you missed it, Lovely Little Thieves had a big project update a few days ago, which you can view on the kickstarter page here. We’ll have more updates for you in a couple weeks, and thanks once again to all of you for supporting our spooky visual novel. :D
Which means I can only tumbl awkwardly from my phone, but beta reward backers and up should check Kickstarter for goodies if they haven’t yet. :D Since I’ve been asked, any bug reports or feedback can be sent to me on tumblr, Twitter, or via email, and I will see them. And while the download link/program is not to be shared, beta screenshots and gameplay footage may be shared. Thank you, and I’ll have more to share once Expo and summer preview guide are wrapped. :3
The update with new downloadable content for beta backers that I mentioned yesterday will be on kickstarter tonight, but it will be a weird-hour-of-the-day/night-update because I have a full day of juggling things for AX. So don’t expect it any earlier than between 12 AM and 10 AM PST. Might as well consider it a Wednesday morning release technically, but it will go out sometime between all the AX prep I’m doing today and leaving for AX tomorrow morning. :’D But that’s when it’ll be available! <3

Okay, you guys are sorely in need of an update, so I have another treat coming out for Beta backerstomorrow that I will detail in tomorrow’s update. Sorry for the radio silence (again), but I’ve been insanely swamped with other duties recently and screencaps dribbled off because I think I may have painted myself into a corner with the “spoiler-free” thing, so I need to re-evaluate that part. All of that will be detailed in tomorrow’s update (which will also be on kickstarter). It’s not the Day One beta, but I will have something special for all the patient backers, and I’m really sorry for all the delays.
Sick today. :( Using this as an excuse to post two screenshots tomorrow, because there are several moments that only work as a two-shot post, so I might as well use this weekend to put some of those up. Dunno how much coding I’ll get done since I’m taking the weekend to rest, but at least the brunt of visual testing is done, which just leaves sound. (Making sure music stops and starts at the right times and doesn’t overlap/clusterfuck no matter which path the game jumps to. Fun fun fun!)
I’m pretty hyped about Day One I gotta say! So’s this guy.
